Similar to the prior motion picture, the stage adaptation follows the story of teenager Marty McFly, a curious boy, who travels in time and space to 30 years earlier by the misuse of a DeLorean capable of transtemporal travel. Because of its nature, time travel has grave consequences, and he must endeavor to ensure that his parents stay true to history's course for him to go back to his normal life.
